  1. Not a lot, but the point of snipers is not to kill many enemies, but to kill certain ones. Considering that they are using barret rifles, they most likely target sergeants and officers

  3. Should be noted that while 400k+ figure seems to be close to reality, those 1.6M are a quite virtual. You see, while the ratio of 1:3 between wounded and k*lled is correct, a lot of the wounded return to combat. So if you count like that, those wounded are counted multiple times. What we should use is a ratio between k*lled and so-called "permanent losses in action", which include kia, mia, and wounded who can't serve after being treated. I doubt this ration is even 1 to 2, so <800k such losses. The most important thing however is that the ratio of losses seems to be more than 1 to 3.5-4 in Ukrainian advantage, which compensates for then difference in manpower pool
