  1.  @RickyVis  ah, ok, then it's kinda reasonable. Our teeth and jaws are not suited to carbohydrates, considering for most of the history(hunter-gatherers time period) humans ate mainly meat together with some berries and roots

  3. Idk for some time I mostly ate McDonalds when I lived in Russia(but only burgers with a lot of meat)
