That's because no particular individual was specified as a "tаrgеt" and most likely just the meme with a gun wouldn't be enough to constitute a thrеat. Social network may ban such posts, but not due to laws and it is not obligated to do so. Anyone with expertise in law is welcomed to the discussion(just provide references to laws/precedents.
