  8. 1:30 I think he's not. There are couple of frames after he starts hydroplanning but still goes straight, where it seems we can see "70"(which is not a lot, in my country I drove on a very winding road faster than this during rain) on the speedometer. So I don't think he was going 100mph or something like this. He most likely crashed because of wrong actions rather than speeding or even using phone(well, as other people said, tires may have played a role too)
