There's somewhat better way of doing it(at least if your company provides services that include warranty): 1)advertise with long warranty(like 5 to 10 years if you paint something) and relatively low costs 2)win tenders/get contracts 3)use cheap materials during work that actually last for a year or two 4)after the work is done, close the company after one year. 5)relocate(or not, doubt something is gonna happen, it's being done all the time in russia)

  2. If his dad managed to remain rich he probably is smart enough. So even if he did it, it was long ago and much more sophisticated.
