  1. Should be noted that "staring" law is in UK, and I don't recommend travelling or living there at all, at least because there is no right to defend yourself. Also, in my opinion, you SHOULD subscribe to cute women in social media and watch p&rn(not too much) to let the steam off and not make stupid mistakes irl(like approaching girls without obvious signs that they like you)
