Teenage girls ARE interested in men and have sex with their peers(most aren't virgins by 18) but if you do it(even if you want to marry her) -- you're labeled "реdо". If you don't want to marry girl who had sex with other guys(and her previous partners GREATLY increase the probability divorce, that's just data) -- good luck searching for unspoiled girl with such laws. Your only option is one-night stands basically(just don't get slapped with charges because she changed her mind)
