  1. ​ @MrEvrit  I agree but in terms of actual civilizations. There can be animals on other planet who are not intelligent. And generally it is good, we have entire universe to colonize

  3. Should also be noted that to be habitable planet does not need to have life. And some planets may be unhabitable, but can be easily terraformed into habitable one(most likely applies to cold planets)
