Tbf I'm a bit skeptical about "human interaction" stuff. Before automatization, in every elevator was a guy who operated it, and every order in mcdonalds was processed by a human cashier. Yes, some of such jobs will remain, large portion, if not most, will cease to exist. Also another issue seems to be a computing power. Currently companies like OpenAI seem to require supercomputers just to train AI to do the simple things like writing walls of text similar to ones written by liberal arts degree holders. Considering the Moore's law is about to stop working it's unlikely that we will have AI that is able to do really complex tasks.
