  2. I agree with the courts' decisions. If there's a goal to give people a way to evaluate company potential, it should be done through financial statements. And the whole idea that market is efficient is wrong, simply because we know there are funds/traders who consistently beat the market(even if not a lot of them). It's more like those economic professors WANT to make markets efficient through additional regulation simply out of spite
