  1. I have the idea - we need to basically dublicate every biological neuron and axon with mechanical ones. Once both are connected in parallel, biological ones can be switched off while maintaining continuity of consciousness. We would need VERY advanced nanotechnology for that though. I expect humanity to invent FTL before inventing transfer of consciousness

  3.  @MrAuswest  not 100%. The original finding as I remember was that after 25 or so the chance to pass away every particular year grows till 100 or so, then it stabilizes at some relatively high value
