12:38 It also should be noted that some sources(especially photovoltaics) have lower EROI compared to others, which, as far as I understand, this graph doesn't take into account. So some "source"(which is actually closer to battery) that generates only enough power to offset energy costs to produce and run it(again, photovoltaics situation) but is cheap per total amount of energy generated would look like a good source of power, but in practice it would just add an extra step in energy cycle.
