  2. Thanks for an informative, interesting conversation. Michael Rossi was excellent in explaining these concepts. I think that (not necessarily the only option) a majority vote in the U.N. should be enough to let a new country be formed, but the U.N. has the problematic issue of five countries having veto right. Vetos can block many sensible decisions. Those veto rights need to be removed somehow.
