  1. Every time you call a dealership that calls recorded most of the time a manager will be listening to that call after a few hours and the salesman will be held accountable for anything he or she says

  2. Personally I wouldn’t say this is so much the dealership idea this is more the sales person you get every sales person you get whoever picks up the phone is gonna have a different opinion but a lot of times the opinion running around through the manager‘s gets passed down to the sales people

And unfortunately sales people are also tracked on the phone upstate take every person you called that was a phone up They are going to be tracked on how many phone ups they close I would recommend calling the dealership and letting them know that way the sales person could put it in the CRM system and I get counted against
