  1. He actually has a point. Fair use is a very broad term with no clear definition. I'm actually surprised YouTube didn't just take down the video. I used to do album reviews but gave up on it. It's almost impossible to do well without using clips from the album but every time I do, it gets claimed and YouTube takes it down for a month until it's sorted out. By then, the album is old news and no one cares. So, even though it's covered by fair use, you are considered guilty until proven innocent. I can't be arsed with it anymore...
