Yeah, as a father myself I made the decision to bring a child into this world, if I fail to raise him right and mentor him into a intelligent, wise, competent and strong man, even in the current world, it is ENTIRELY my fault. My (as a grown man) inability to accurately perceive the objective reality of the world and thus raise my child accordingly is a fault that rests entirely on my shoulders. Undoubtedly I will fail in many ways and that is unacceptable to/for me as a grown man. It rests on my shoulders to meet my responsibilities which I have taken on myself, not the child who has no experience or understanding of the world who will stay that way if I don't teach them until the world teaches them. Will I be perfect? No. Was the world perfect for me? No. Is it still my responsibility to be a perfect father? Absofuckinglutely. Excuses won't help those I love and why would I want excuses for my failures? I don't want excuses I want to succeed.
