Agreed, though it seems many people will claim to follow Christ without actually following Christ. It's one thing to be a fallen human and mess up then seek forgiveness and correct yourself, it's another thing to take His sacrifice for granted and use it as justification to continue bad behavior. The intentions and idolatry are evident.

Yeah what Benrex said is true. Be very critical who you allow in your friends group, your environment will determine your destination. If you surround yourself with people who exercise, you'll end up knowing a thing or two and probably exercising. If you hang around people in finance, you'll end up learning about finance ect... If you hang around 304s... Best to find the old lady who has a successful and happy relationship and big family and see what she did to build all that.

@stevemiller8032 ahh I know how that is, I've lucky not had any major back injuries, but have had a handful and it's not fun! I've had to focus a bit on my glutes and collapsed foot arch ect to get back into shape, but honestly the best thing I've done is to go carnivore OMAD (one meal a day), the bodyfat melts off of you and when you exercise about a hour before you eat it accelerates it even more but makes you retain muscle. I struggle with it going back and forth, but last time I went from 17.8% bodyfat to 12.9% in less than 2 weeks and didn't lose any water weight or muscle mass, I'll get back on it here in the next two weeks again and I'm aiming to get down below 10% this time.

Not only that, but also just don't be contentious. When a woman takes a argumentative/opposing stance towards you she's overtly disrespecting you. It's one thing to disagree and talk about the best way forward/solution, but when her attitude becomes opposed to you, that is the beginning of the end if you don't nip it in the ass and it seems this kind of thing had to have been present before she is overtly disrespectful towards you in public or private. I like a saying from the John Wayne movie The Quiet Man (great movie by the way), this little Irishman says "when I drink whiskey, I drink whiskey and when I drink water, I drink water." In the context he was being literal, but I applied that to the friends/enemies dynamic, either we're friends, we're nothing more than associated (or I just don't even know you exist) or we're enemies. I don't do that friend enemies crap, never mix the two, she can either work with you, or work against you, and if she decides to work against you and dosent accept correction on that, then she's chosen where she wants to be and it ain't by your side or on your team.

Imo, marry a girl younger than you if/when you do. But I think men need to build themselves in every way and that these things support each other, like how intense calisthenic exercise has shown a 82% increase in academic achievement, not to mention helps with sleep and over all longevity plus the practice of self discipline. I think everyone should have a regular exercise regiment and know a thing or two about it, but it's not paramount, just foundational.

I still think FB might have its uses, though not sure exactly what those are, I got off a few months back, I think I'm coming up on a year this fall, but I don't miss it at all. The only use I think it might have at this point is if you own a business and use it for that.

Alphas are social butterflies as it were. A alpha would use social media in some way to gain status either for himself or business. A sigma though likely wouldn't or at bare minimum wouldn't for long. At best they lurk.

Depends on what your definition of normal is and who the guy is. A friend once asked me what percentage of women in the US I thought were worth trying to date, not even wife material, at the time I said maybe 3%, our younger friend said 15%, and the friend who asked and was older than both of us said .05% As time passed I agreed with him and moved that percentage, I think .05% might be a ok sample size but out of that those that are marriage material are probably closer to .005% or less. Though I don't date based on appearances, I'll hang out as friends and get to know her, her family, her friends for at least 3 months, if at that point in time I don't know, then I already know.

Yes but with discipline and some study you can identify where the issue is coming from and figure out how to alter that gene expression. It takes time, but you can do it.

Don't chase women period. Chasing implies a one directional intrest/investment. If she likes you then it's very natural and you can hang out easy, conversation flows well and she dosent need your money ect but just enjoys your company. Anything other than this is a red flag.

If genetics was all there is to it then why would people who were once naturally healthy and fit without exercise become fat before they even hit 30? It's a cope and ironically dosent work anymore because we understand gene expression well enough now.

When I had social media I don't think I usually put pictures of me and my wife up, my pfp was me and my son, but my wife would tag me in pics from us doing stuff like going to the beach and such and all that was on my profile and I never posted pictures of anyone other than me and my son and on occasion wife, plus I generally don't like people so I wasn't hanging out with people much less other girls, so to me if he was posting pics with other girls, that's sus AF. Another thing is I just want really on social media a lot, I just used it to keep in contact with friends and troll.
