  1. It's actually stupid easy to lead dude. First as for a date, just pick somewhere YOU want to eat, basically it's just a excuse to eat at your favorite place or just a place you enjoy. If she dosent like it, then I guess you could pay, otherwise she should've spoken up and picked the place. As far as other aspects of leadership, if a woman won't follow, then you can't lead her, women keep saying they want a man to take initiative but that they don't want to submit, complete contradiction. So basically, you just live your life and bring her for the ride, if she gets contentious then you kick her to the curb.

  2. Only because they are desperate. When I was 21 I dated a chick who was 29, absolutely terrible idea, they will never respect a guy younger than them.
