They will always respond by saying "well then boyfriends shouldn't get husband benifits" You respond with "yes" and ask why treating yourself with respect and not throwing yourself at every simp that comes their way is somehow offensive or hard. Even if she is just a friend, she'll realize real fast you're not a push over. Later ask why some women say they want a man to lead while simultaneously being to insecure to submit and let him take the lead, is it subjugation they really desire? I know from experience that these questions when phrased right illicit squirming and defensiveness without escape instantly, just don't direct them at her and ask/state them in a passive way and then ask why they are so offended, it's comical, but has a high probability of ending that friendship.

My son is only 4, but he didn't ask to be born, that was my choice and I am responsible to raise him into a good man, sure I have my faults and unfortunately he will suffer them and so finding my own faults and fixing them is urgently necessary. As he grows I will mentor him as best I can, and as long as he isn't being lazy and ungrateful he can live with me until I give him all I have, at which point I would hope he has his own family and, as I plan on doing with my dad, will allow me to live on the land I have given him to help with daily chores and to help raise his children to grow as I will help him, and to strengthen the bond between him and his children.

  6. Yeah, and if your dad is a decent dad he'll make sure you get a good start then when you do go out you'll be better off and have a greater capacity to help them as they age. What's crazy is all these parents who want their kids out as soon as possible, then end up in a old folks home getting beat by CNAs, it's bad all around.

  8. The only merit I see in it is if the kid is lazy and not making the most of it. Otherwise if he's on his grind and pulling his weight around the house then him leveling up will ensure the security of the parents in their old age.

That being said I agree 100%, not to mention instead of wasting that time and energy on women the young men would be spending it on personal growth, physical, financial, spiritual ect and be in a much better position in life, and as what was normal and still is in many places, when mom and dad get old you take them in (no CNAs beating your parents in their old age) and they impart their wisdom to your children as they grow, grandparents can be fantastic in this way, they add to the familial life, grandma with her recipes and help around the house, grandpa with his light hearted mentoring of the boys and teaching them how to build things. That multi-generational structure worked amazingly and it's a shame much of the west has lost its mind and bent itself on hedonism and self idolatry. The insecurities simultaneously being thick in the air. It's sad all around, maybe some day when things have gotten bad enough people will realize they should return to Christ.

  12. It seems to have started around the boomers or Gen-X with wanting their kids out of their houses at 18 or earlier. That being said, it never made sense to me, sure when I was young I wanted to get out and have my own place when I was 12, but that's simply not a functioning model for most people. Then women started to shame dudes for living with their parents, dudes who had shifty little apartments also started trying to use that as a status symbol over other men as they simped for 304s that thought their opinions mattered and now it's quite engrained in our culture. Millennials will probably do the same but we'll see. As a dad myself, I want my son to take advantage as much as he can and grow as much as he can before stepping out on his own, more time to learn, more time to get ahead, and that's my job as a father, my job dosent end when he hits 18 but will continue as long as I live.

  14. I paid rent to my parents and did most of the housework, paid for their car insurance and all the food as well. I though don't agree with charging your kid rent if they are trying to save and get ahead. My home is my responsibility not theirs and I want them to do as good as they can, so as long as they are helping out around the home, cleaning up after themselves and on their grind, then I see it as nothing but good.

  16. My buddies grandpa was still going at it at 92 with COPD, we only knew because his wife broke down crying about losing that on my buddies (her grandson) shoulder in the hospital. Pop made a full recovery and she got that a little longer but died a few years later, she went to some elder care facility and then got kicked out for having sex with every man she could find. To my understanding, so long as you are not super unhealthy, it continues. Just take care of your endocrine system and you'll be fine.

  18. Best way to get ahead, not to mention leaving at 18 is pretty new even in the US and is a norm in much of the rest of the world. Dudes who got kicked out for being lazy tried to use having their own shithole as a flex when really it just showed women they are financially dumb and easy to take advantage of and so the perception was created. On the other end of things, grandparents can help with their grandkids as mom and dad pay the bills and maintain the home, kids gain some wisdom and a lot of emotional stability while parents get to see their grandkids every day and not end up lonely in some old folks home getting beat by some diversity hire CNA.

Thing is, giving all your money to a bank due to a high interest rate (not enough credit history, lower credit score, lower downpayment) or to a landlord is not a wise financial decision, it shows that you're easily separated from your money and this paints a target on your back by women who want that money.

  27. It use to be that way here in the US till around the 1960s I wanna say. It still happens, but people use living on your own as some kind of status symbol to simp to girls. If you're dumb enough to move out and give all your money to a landlord or the like just to impress girls, then you kinda deserve to have them take what little money you have left and make your life miserable. On the other hand, if you didn't have a choice, you should be intelligent enough to not perpetuate that same insanity.

As a father who loves his son, I want him to take advantage of living at home, if he makes billions while at home and dosent share a cent I don't care, my home is my responsibility and as long as he cleans up after himself the rest is mine to deal with and would be even if he wasn't there. However I made the choice to bring him into this world and I am responsible to raise and mentor him to the best of my ability so that he can continue to push the boundaries of his potential to new heights. It's not transactional, he didn't have a say into what family he would be born into and he owes me nothing, I However am responsible as long as he is helpless as a child and beyond that I am loving and want to see him do well, if he fails, that is on my inability to teach and mentor in this modern world and he will suffer and learn like everyone else. People who think their kids owe them end up being beat by CNA diversity hires in old folks homes where their kids never visit them and then they blame the world and feel sorry for themselves as they scream and fight with the other old people. That being said, if you're the kid you should be respectful of your parents and help out around the home while taking full advantage of the situation in order to better yourself for a few reasons, but among them so that you are in a position to actually help your parents in their old age.

  29. That was the way in the US as well till around the 1950s. Then the 60s came with their Marxist BS and turning children against their parents and parents against their children and the model that was (parents make money, grandparents live with them and help with children) ended for some entitled and lazy children. Those children then, being out on their own, became so strong and independent, attracting women to them and being financially stupid, those men used that as a flex on other guys and it was quickly established that kids should be out at 18.

I know a few people who were kicked out when they were little, my grandpa though became the sole provider for his family when he was 9, my buddies grandpa- his mom died when he was around that same age, his dad became a alcoholic and kicked him out. I think a lot of this culture stemmed from pain and bitterness and is upheld by hedonism and people using the fact that they got a shitty apartment at 18 as a flex so they can impress girls.

  34. Yeah I use to work in one of those hell holes, people dying left and right, CNAs were all mouthy diversity hires, very few of these people's children ever came to visit. It was a emotionally and spiritually dark place, everyone was just waiting to die. And unfortunately the abuse rates in nursing homes and such are skyrocketing. You cannot treat your children's future with contempt and then expect them to take care of you in the future. But this bitterness between generations is incredibly destructive for everyone.
