  1. A few sayings that I like as well. If you can't enjoy your own company, how can you expect others to? Meaning, get some damn hobbies and create a life worth sharing. Also; If you cannot respect yourself, how can you expect others to? A man is either forged or crushed by his suffering, some allow it to get to them, others recognize the reasonable (to a certain degree) the criticism of others, but a lot of the difference is found in what we do with that pain, do we let it get us down, or do we use that energy and funnel it into the gym, into creating a life?
