  4. Absolutely helped me. I'm watching this hive mind of society today and it's clearly sick. I'm not missing a dam thing by not caring about football TV shows. I'll keep to my plants, history and hobbies like machining and woodworking. If I want good alcohol I'll make it myself since the market clearly cannot.

  5. Depends on where you go. But it CAN be anywhere you go. I spent 6 months in northern Vietnam and it was pretty cheap, tons of fun, I rode a motorbike all over northern Vietnam all the way to past Ha Giang to the boarder of China and down to Ha Noi, basically spent 6 months riding motorbikes, eating super good food in small and big towns alike, met tons of very cool people, went hiking and swimming in water holes, generally I tried to avoid the larger tourist areas and it was worth it, but even in some of the big tourist areas it can still be cheap and there's lots of beautiful stuff to see like Ha Long bay.

  10. They won't though because it's a enormous source of taxpayer revenue. From all the companies that have apps or make the hardware or software, all the taxes paid by employees of those companies, to the purchase of these items itself, to the raw materials like cobalt and lithium which is a large part of why the US even went to Afghanistan, which then justified increasing taxes to find the military, the R&D that was done that profited the DOD (the raptor drones camera is literally made up of a few hundred camera phone sensors). The amount of money that phones make the government is probably incalculable.
