When Ford closed its Southampton Works, costing 6,500 UK jobs, as"Obsolete"Ford Transit vans were no longer needed, all that happened was that"Otosan" took over manufacture and distribution, so an EARLY Candidate for sanctions. Also, of course,the Tourism Industry which REALLY is NOT wanted there anyway...

  3. AS expected, the EU has bottled it-we cannot blame them as Turkey will play the"Refugee Card" as soon as they feel threatened. The toxic legacy of Frau Merkel lives on and can now be seen for what it was-Germany First, Last And ALWAYS and to heck with the EU Treaty as to consultation with other Members. At least the UK is out of having the EU FORCE" Quotas" on reluctant Member States
