IF you live/work/settle in a foreign State for over 15 years,without bothering to sort out your affairs,then you CANNOT "Have Your Cake AND Eat It" Sorry,but if you have made a choice then you stick to it,if you have not paid taxes in your country of origin to contribute to its Health service[UK NHS in particular],Education Provision,etc.,then WHY do you think you are entitled to claim benefits for which you have NOT contributed,or to VOTE in respect of a State which has not been graced by your presence for FIFTEEN YEARS? The MEP's diatribe seems to be aimed at the UK,as ever,but applies to other States which have similar rules
