  1. That 48000 in 1988 is probably closer to 95-100k in today’s money, and houses were like 50-100k and food for the month was 200-300 not 200 per week.

  2.  @Rocksteady-o1e I didn’t for 2 reasons. 1. I looked at the death rate for people my age, which was like 99.98 something so basically not at all. 2. It was a brand new vax that was less than a year old that was completely untested, we didn’t know what side effects there were, especially because it wasn’t a traditional vaccine, also it’s not a true vaccine either because a normal vaccine is 1 shot for like 10-15 years that contains a weakened virus.

  5.  @DinkyDiTruBlu well we can’t eun the risk of defaulting, they’ll always kick the can down the road or we would have to find a way to pay the national debt.
