  1. The more appropriate term is climate change. And even if the planet as a whole is warming up on average it does not mean that that change is going to happen consistently in all places. And it certainly doesn't mean that winter is going to suddenly disappear forever. And the temperatures in Toronto/Niagara weren't unusually cold for winter - it was the sustained powerful winds that were exceptional. Okay, that's enough free tutoring for you today. I strongly suggest that you make a tiny effort to learn the basics and stop expecting people online to explain simple, well known facts to you. So a little less laziness and a little bit of effort and you won't embarrass yourself again putting out posts showing that you understand nothing about climate change. If you have children they could probably explain the basics of climate change to you and increase your knowledge.
