@mike-xn1qj So you know that you can't legitimately claim that opposing oppression, apartheid, racism, war crimes and genocide is wrong so you thus try to distract from the topic by talking about completely irrelevant things and making up a claim for which you have zero evidence? That's a pretty pathetic response. Actually I think it very likely that a lot of the protesters who oppose the violence in Gaza also want tighter gun laws in the United States to reduce violence in the country. Could it be that you don't care about the genocide in Gaza because the victims aren't white and are far away and are Muslim?

@jaobidan2358 Other than lowering capital gains taxes you don't even list any real policies and how arevyiu going to pay for that? Last time Trump was president he increased the deficit every year. You seem to want more of that to benefit the rich in the short term. American GDP and oil production has never been higher and the economy is booming. Trump isn't going to reduce prices - quite the opposite. He supports the Russian invasion into Ukraine that drove up inflation and he has suggested that Putin launch more invasions which of course will increase prices more. There were lots of wars when Trump was president before and given Trump's support for Russian invasions wars certainly won't disappear if Trump is president. And presidents don't control gasoline prices despite your delusions. They're controlled by international energy markets. And the American government doesn't run the oil industry. And despite your disturbing American Taliban sort of belief that you can impose your fundamentalist religious beliefs on the American government and people the United States is not Iran and so you have no right to impose your conservative religious beliefs on other people. And I can assure you that the right to an abortion and having equal rights for women have immense support in the United States.

@phoque121 Actually the American and Canadian policies of giving unequivocal support to Israel no matter what atrocities it commits has been a political disaster because it has alienated and offended the vast majority of the people and governments of the global south who now see American and Canadian leaders as hypocrites who believe only certain lives matter and whose statements about human rights in the Ukraine war are now meaningless given their complete indifference to the suffering of Palestinians. Reportedly diplomats around the world are stunned at how clueless the American government has been about following a policy regarding Israel that has thrown away any solidarity wuth the global south for years and possibly for a generation at exactly the time the United States was trying to develop allegiances with global south countries against China and Russia.

Here's a difficult assignment for you. Know this will be very hard for you to accomplish but do do some research and see if with a lot of effort you can figure out the name of the American president. It's something that 6 year old children on the other side of the world have known for quite some time but I'm not sure that you're capable of figuring that out. Try though.

Do you find that you often forget where you are and then end up saying things completely inappropriate and disconnected from what is going on? That's very concerning actually. That's not going to happen no matter who is president and anyone who thinks that any candidate could magically lower prices to where they were ten years ago is delusional. The lockdowns in China, the retirement of vast numbers of baby boomers, long term problems at American ports and the Russian invasion into Ukraine can't be magically disappeared. The one big difference between the candidates is that Biden is trying to end the Russian invasion that has caused so much inflation around the world whereas Trump seems to support the Russian invasion and has even encouraged Putin to launch more invasions which if they happened would certainly drive up inflation even more.
