@william johansson you're right that human lives are more important than are buildings but I'm guessing that point of the post was to remind those of outside of Ukraine that these places are not just strategic points on a battle map. Rather they are Ukrainian towns that not only have buildings but also have residents - towns that Russian invaders will be happy to destroy because this invasion is not about saving anyone from nazis but rather is about attempting to destroy Ukraine as a country.
