  1. Eu countries, in the last 20 years, have been investing in socialism, where Russia, China, N korea, Iran have been investing in their militaries. At the end of the day, it's the guy with more ammo that will come out on top. If not for the US, EU would be in a world of s..t, and yet, no war time production has been inacted in any of the EU countries.
