  6. This driver is totally innocent, because he is from the planet of Mars and of course a victim of human abuse of all possible ways someone can be abused. As a result, he deserves a public apology, he must be set free and paid compensation from their tax money, from those terrible humans, caused him so much soul pain....🤕 Have I missed anything?... Each court's mistake, each flaw in jurisdiction, this is not random - it's a voluntary refusal of our own basic principles.😒

  8. In general it actually allows each person, once being abused by someone who was intoxicated, to commit some sort of "revenge". In other words, if you once abused me, then (if I survived an attack) I also will drink, take a “heavy piece" and kill you, using the very same excuse. Wonderful decision, this will open a bloody vendetta in Canada! Two thumbs up to this "court" decision! Marasmus walks over the planet of Earth! It is interesting to know, if this miasmatic education is now allowed in Canadian law schools?!🤷‍♂🤣

  9. Ha! Is anyone surprised?! For the last 2-3 decades Canada transformed from a great widely recognizable country of prosperity and freedom into almost its opposite. And I'm afraid that in a few more decades it will become a sort of trash state, so that the Canadian border will draw more USA security attention than its south neighbour.

  14. It looks to me that BC safety is deteriorating further and further and getting worse in many other aspects of life, unfortunately. And as much as I heard this is not an isolated incident, although it's happening all over the country. Too bad. This government is useless and losing everything.😒🤦‍♂
