  1. Basically Feds can't afford paying too fast of rising interest rates due to their own massive expansion in the balance sheet! Other countries have raised more than once at this point! The printing out of thin air money must be paid back fast thru artificially low rate and therefore inflation will keep outshooting so far ahead the mid term yields. Property taxes will have to rise exponentially as a result

  2. You should switch to something else with subscription model maybe. The point is to have a right control over wastes in restaurants biz. Retail would hardly survive with 7 rate hikes because that's crashing w the model of high street fashion biz. You'renot alone but you exited first.. good for you.
