@windyboyz it could be cause of not having enough time to measure a comparable full job performance For example you only had a chance to do half of the job requirements. Or even worse, some entry positions were allowed to shadow on the first chance for many reasons. They haven't finalized your computer access etc.

Any business that goes thru the downturn is the same with the inherited Federal Government because they cannot afford to pay taxes anymore behind the backdrop of record high 9% inflation!! Isn't NetZero Circularity so amazing!! You Federal workers are not protected either, just be grateful you just get stressed now. Not since 3 years ago!! Thanks to your choice in Bidenomics!!
