Possibly a more substantial amount in local but NL owned industry and trade segments in those countries. Taking the profit without local tax back to NL... any other question you have?

  11.  @Empereur1789  The flow of benefits is very complicated within the EU. The funds you see are for compensation mainly. The outflow is far greater. If you take NL for example, it has around 15 billion trade balance with the EE countries. I am not going to detail you other benefits, but you can be assured, the West is taking massive advantage on this deal.

There is a plan for a unified liability for the whole Loan, meaning if Italy cannot pay then Hungary has to cough up more. Do you expect any country to sign up for that agreement without drawing down a penny?

Brussels has zero right to intervene or even to suggest what sovereign nations should or should not do. It is in the treaty, read it... This is a very steep uphill battle for the EU, quite a number of countries are with Hungary against the ultra-left ideological push. Even more EU citizens are against it from each member states. People are not stupid they can see what is going on. Orban will easily win the next election thanks to stupid idiots like Rutte..
