  2.  @drewhodge3820  They ll pay themselves back, if you read the ecb paper you d know. Unlike other countries like the UK who made lots of debts, so the next couple of generations are gonna have to pay that back.

  3.  @drewhodge3820  Uk doesn t own the ecb. Ecb is like a central bank. No one owns it and it is run by the president and the board of directors. Edit: i really don t see how the uk could afford to buy any bonds since it borrowed billions to finance itself, but if they did bought some good for them. This means the bond programe is a success.
