I cringe even more when people suggest we should hand out healthcare system over to the federal government. Given the history of the Veterans Administration paired with other public ventures such as Forest Service and Land Management, I don't want these "smart people" anywhere near my healthcare. I most especially don't want these "smart people" telling me I cannot get treatment because I didn't adhere to their medical mandates. People tell me that I am being ridiculous when I say this... yet that sort of thing is already happening. People in the US were denied organ transplants for not having received experimental jabs... and our government had their fingers all over that.
