  1. That man can say whatever he wants. Hurt feelings doesn't make what he said less true. Fact is, obese women have a harder time conceiving and carrying a child to term due to higher rates of complications. If a man wants healthy children, he needs a wife who is healthy. An unhealthy woman has bad habits that she will likely pass on to her children. This is not rocket surgery.
