  1. 17:30 One of the things I really like about Charlie is that when someone comes to him to have an actual conversation, he is incredibly respectful and considerate. You can visibly see his gears turning to make sure he chooses his words wisely. He can't relate to what this person he just met is going through, yet he genuinely cares about them. I think people need to find a way to turn off the noise, shut down the identity politicas virtue signaling machine and just talk to each other one on one. 99% of people will stop and help a complete stranger sift through their thoughts if that strangers asks them to. I truly believe that.
