Before me 2 I never thought about it when being handed a baby. Didn't matter if they were family or not. It wasn't a big deal. I grew up in a large and extended family. Just give them a shoulder to puke on and hope they had been changed recently. Now? Yeah no sorry... hold your own kid. Maybe that makes me an @sshole but at least all risk is mitigated.
