  1. 1:10 Facts. There are a hand full of people that, when I see them text or call, I drop everything and answer immediately. I do that because they are a priority and are more important than anything else I have going on. Those people include my my Dad, the elderly widow up the hill whose husband was a very good friend (I made a promise to look after her) and my pals when I know they are going through something. Everyone else I answer when its convenient to do so. Thing is, these people know when I am working or I'm in the middle of something and would only call during those times if its really important.

Speaking for myself and most single guys I know over 30, we actively avoid church because its become the prowling grounds for single mothers who get the pastors / priests and elders to do their recruiting for them. They use high pressure tactics and shaming to try to get us paired up with these women. Nope.

  10. Anybody else wondering why these women have to live in their vehicles? They can't find roommates to live with? Family or friends not gonna take them in? Dudes live with other dudes to save money all the time. Seemed like the norm when I was a young man just starting out. We never let women live with is tho cause they just caused trouble and never had the rent money.

If I take this action, what are the consequences. This leads to... 3. Cost benefit analysis as well as... 4. Return on investment. Money yes... but time and attention as well. and... 5. Short and long term financial impacts. Will this be an asset to the family for future generations 6. Short and long term impact on others we care about. Will we need to ask for sacrifices from the family. 7. Once we have a plan, we need to consider order of operations 8. Available resources 9. If we can do it ourselves or will need help. Those are just a few things I can think of off the top of my head. Add more if I missed any.

Anyone who carries a balance on a credit card should have their adult decision making privileges revoked. I don't care how hard things are, carrying credit card debt is guaranteed to make it harder. Cut your spending. Get a second job. Find a busy street corner. Figure it out. There is zero excuse for it.

I'm sure that is not his preferred situation and he must be doing it due to financial or job pressures. So I have to ask... how does her leaving and removing their child from his home improve the situation? Answer: It doesn't. I suspect there is something she isn't telling us. Either way that man is in a no win situation.

  21. 5:15 Ummm... that guy did not work a 9-5 his entire life. He served his country 24/7 long enough to retire and get a pension. Then he worked at the power plant until retirement. He busted his hump and sacrificed his entire adult life to get where he is at. Nobody handed it to him. He earned it through hard work and good decisions. Youngens can find a good affordable home if they want. Sure it might not be in their preferred neighborhood, but such is life. My first home was in a poor neighborhood and needed to be gutted down to studs. My second home was in a better neighbor hood but still needed a ton of work to it. The farm house I live in now was also a complete gut and renovation. This expectation that brand new homes in the city should be affordable for kids right of college blows my mind. If you want the stuff, you have to work, mae sacrifices and sometimes bleed for it... same as everyone else before you.

You can visibly see his gears turning to make sure he chooses his words wisely. He can't relate to what this person he just met is going through, yet he genuinely cares about them. I think people need to find a way to turn off the noise, shut down the identity politicas virtue signaling machine and just talk to each other one on one. 99% of people will stop and help a complete stranger sift through their thoughts if that strangers asks them to. I truly believe that.

If he f&cks up, chances are there was a failing in my part that led to it. Covering his rent because he kept no showing at his job... well... that is another matter entirely.   30. I'm becoming increasingly convinced that a man that is identifying as a woman is merely regressing to childhood. I say this because many (not all, but many) women act like children today. They allow their feelings to dictate their actions. They shun responsibility and accountability. They insist that they be the center of attention. They expect all men to give them princess treatment even though they think these men are toxic and dangerous. These are thought patterns of an eight year old girl yet this stuff is coming from grown adults.

I am increasingly convinced that these "woke" people have been afforded such a simple and care free life that they're unable to find meaning in it... and since they have no struggles, they've ended up with entirely too much free time on their hands. This is what they've chosen to do with that free time... get in to virtue signaling competitions to make them feel better about their lack of purpose as well as cure their boredom. This will work itself out as the devaluation of the US dollar accelerates.

The gems are 2 carat cultured sapphires that look like real diamonds mounted on .999 silver rings of various sizes. They are worth like $150 each but only a gemologist can tell the difference. Right now there are two women walking around with the exact same ring on. I asked him once if he feels guilty about it. He just shrugged and said "They wanted a ring. I gave them one. They are happy to have it... and I am happy they shut up about it. Win-win"

  35. Back when I still dated, I made dinner reservations for 7pm and invited a young lady friend to join me. Since I am not an idiot, I told her I would pick her up at 5 PM to give some cushion in case she was running late. I arrive and knock on her door. She doesn't answer. I text her and no reply. I go back to the car, wait five minutes and then knock on her door again. This time she opens the door... phone in her ear. She doesn't even acknowledge me and hasn't started getting ready. I turn around, walk back to my car and leave. I immediately call my elderly Aunt (now passed) who lived nearby and ask her if she wanted to go to dinner with me. She agrees and I tell her I'll be there in ten minutes but not to rush. I arrive and my Aunt is already waiting on her porch ready to go. She gets in the car and we head to the restaurant. About half way there I start getting texts from the young lady asking why I left and if we were still going to dinner. My Aunt asked me who was sending me all the messages. My response.... "Nobody important Auntie. How is it you got ready so quickly?" and she says "What do you mean? I just had to grab my purse and change shoes." Thats the difference between a classic elegant woman and a 304. An elegant woman gets "ready" at the start of every day. Its part of the routine. At most they might change their shoes or get out their "dinner out" set of pearls. A 304 waits until she has to get ready and then scrambles.

  42. When we were respected, we used to make sure that didn't happen. Sisters, in laws, cousins, friends, exs.... we took them all in often without question or asking for anything in return to make sure they were safe. Now that they are strong and independent and don't need a man, I no longer feel obligated to do it....and that is just fine by me. Not my monkeys, not my circus. Let them experience what men have had to suffer in hard times... since they are our equals.

Fact is, obese women have a harder time conceiving and carrying a child to term due to higher rates of complications. If a man wants healthy children, he needs a wife who is healthy. An unhealthy woman has bad habits that she will likely pass on to her children. This is not rocket surgery.
