Is there any way that your community can lend the native people of Kauai the knowledge and experience to create their own tribal nation? From the sounds of it, the native peoples have title to disparate tracts that could be consolidated under a trust which can then serve as the foundation for a Tribal Nation similar to those on the mainland US.

@SanMiguel-s7b That was the first question that popped in to my head when I read the original post. Why aren't native tribes looking out for each other? Why haven't they reached out to help the native peoples of Kauai get an actual title to their lands and help them form a Tribal Nation?
