  1. sorry after this war is over Russia wont be a threat to its neighbours for the next oh say several decades. after Russia goes into civil war. the only threats from Russia you will have are millions of Refugees running to europe in the worst European refugee crisis since the end of WW2 , attacks from Russian bandits and criminals as law and order breaks down in Russia and Russian pirates in the black and Caspian seas.
