  1. well hasnt affected the Russian just yet noting the sanctions. It wil hit the Russians hard after this war is over whether Russia loses or "wins" and that is regime survival for Putin so he can spin this war as a victory. After the war is over, with a large portion of the economy militarized, the gov bankrupt, under heavy sanctions, in debt to China and India , its military greatly weakened, PUtin's political standing greatly weakened, oligarchs and regional local leaders forming their own PMCs and miltias and contesting the rule of Putin. Russian prestige rock bottom....When Russia goes into civil war, it will be hit by the sanctions hard, it will make the economic collapse even worse.
