Yes Ukraine deserves NATO and EU membership, all PAID FOR IN BLOOD. and Ukraine protected Europe from Russian domination.

and the implosion its severity will depend on what the state of Russia is when this war ends. The longer Russia prosecutes this war the worse the implosion will be.

I think a sound defeat of Russia in the battlfield will just more rapidly cause a revolution civil war in Russia. I think Russia is on its way to impolode whether this war is a stalemate or a defeat for Russia. Its economy military are already heavilly damaged esp. its prestige. and if Russia implodes and becomes a huge great game battlefield with various factions vying for control, well, yes it will be bad for the foreign countries as its nukes will not be secure and will probably be sold off to the highest bidder. or worse be used in the civil war. Also besides nukes, due to massive influx of weapons into Ukraine and Russia becoming fractured into civil war , Russia and Ukraine will become black market sources for these weapons, these weapons will fuel criminal activities in Europe and becominga source for cheap weapons in foreign wars. Not to mention the millions of Russian refugees which wil leave Russia.

and if a Russian civil war occurs I think its will be similiar to the Russian civil war 1917 to 1922 with various factions fighitng it out with various factions fighting for control of the Russian gov who are also fighting secessionists and various other groups. It will be a very bloody mess. Also not surprised if you have UN peacekeepers in Russia, along with foreign mercenary PMCs supporting various Russian factions, also with foreign meddling from USA/NATO, Turkey/Saudi Arabia and China and other neighbouring states.

@Professor-Gerdes same here but I dont see any strong leader after Putin goes. with the rise of PMCs there might be an armed conflict for succession.

@Professor-Gerdes true but I highly doubt it if Russia will ever pay reparations. I can actually see the new Russian gov actually beg the west for money and help to help withdraw its army in Ukraine or help in staving off an economic collapse.

@Professor-Gerdes I think this is quite possible if the Russians attack again in a major way then outrace their logistics then get hit hard in a Ukr counterattack which collapses the line. Im not surprised the Russians really did learn from their earlier experience, their solutions more tanks soldiers and artillery
