hey Canadian winters make Euro winters look like kindergarden, In Alberta its normal to have minus 50 C days , and on average during a normal winter in Alberta , Sask, etc. it can go to minus 25 C. hahaha. heck in Vancouver Canaada , the miami of Canada, it went as low as minus 20C a record, and winter here on average it can go to minus 10 C. and the cold in Vancouver is wet cold, like humid cold, its the cold that bites, and is worse than Euro dry colds. heck im so used to the weather here in Vancouver, I can walk around in a t shirt in minus 15 C wet cold, wooo hooo hahahah

@helgaioannidis9365 well Ive seen it go to minus 25 C in Calgary and edmonton many times during winter. minus 40 to 50 C IO have never seen but it has been recorded in Alberta and Canada .

@helgaioannidis9365 Well Im from Vancouver Canada and winters here on average 0 to 5 C and we are considred the miami of Canada. and coldest ive seen here was minus 20 C last year.

@helgaioannidis9365 Me for excercise I usually jog around at 3 am during winters in a t shirt when its a nice minus 5 to ten and ive jogged around like that at minus 15 C haha

@helgaioannidis9365 haha me too, not naked outside since I might be arrested for public indecency but Im naked inside my house and its 10C inside haha. anyways outside minus 15 C inside 5 to ten C.

@helgaioannidis9365 I have the ability to endure wild shifts in temperature with no health problems, I actually think cold therapy is quite healthy for you, your adrenaline goes up . your immune system is fired up. Ive been doing it for 30 years now, so far Iim 55 and people say I look like in my 30s. and the last time I got sick was 1985

@helgaioannidis9365 as for being easy well not easy for many people esp. those who are not sued to the weather and those with immune compromised systems.

@helgaioannidis9365 if you mean going naked in zero C no , but the weather climate yes its the norm. There are places in Canada esp. in the north where its sparsely populated which have similiar weather or even coldier than the lapp in Finland. Oh yah besides it going to minsu 25 C or less iin parts of Canada you have to contend with the wiindchill too, esp. in the Canadian coasts where you have strong wet cold arctic winds or in the Canadian prairies were winds blow through flat open lands. while its minus 25 to 40 C
