  1. the law was done on prupose, since this is prudent in the current cauldron of the donbass, Ukraine gov does not want to sacrifice his best troops in the cauldron which is being used to slow , stall and bloody the Russians, enough for fortifying and readying lines of defence in the donbass. also the better regular units of the Ukr armyh is being held back as a strategic reserve ready to push back the Russians when needed.

  2. more like all available cheapo conscript troops to slow and bloody the invader leaving the invader vulnerable to counter attacks. I think the war will be frozen in the East and South of Ukraine until the end of the war, goal is too bloody and attrit the Russians, keep them from taking the Donbass and putting up the pressure on them in Kherson. the longer the Russians are committed the more the Russian economy is hurt the more it collapses to the point where it cant fund the war. esp. next year when the global recession happens and oil prices collapse.

  3. the Ukraine home guard fought better than even the supposed best of the best of the Russian army, the Russian army is taht stupid.

  4. the territorials are being sent into the donbass cauldron since they are the lowest rung in the Ukr army, the better armed Ukr units are being held back.
