  1. and what it do to the Philippines, its still one of hte poorest countries in Asia, lots of corruption FIlipinos running away to other countries. yah this diaspora remintance works if your gov is not corrupt and forward thinking like SIngapore was doing this draft remintance in the 70s to 80s. money used well, yah diaspora remintance does not work if its the Philippines with veyr high corruption and gov incompetency.

  4.  @FlamingBasketballClub  I dont think its an emerging market, its economy and gov is foreign investor hostile, and lots of monopolies in the country, and yah the remintance economy is fending off economic collapse but only temporary, what happens when remitance is kaput. its not forever. PH will be the future Sri Lanka or worse.

  5.  @j4genius961  well peronism used populist methods to keep the population voting for them and overspending the gov coffers and printing more Argentine pesos thus massive inflation hikes, good short term very bad long term. and now all that overspending and money printing is catching up with them.
