  1. and the US is doing the same with Ukraine, the US is buying a lot of compatible ammo and weapons to Russian weapon stocks in the Ukrainian army from the black market such as Iranian , Chinese Pakistani, Indian made 152mm artillery rounds and other stuff. While the Russians are focused on buying these stuff, the AMericans have much deeper pockets to support the Ukrainians.
