  1. the Chinese MSS and Taiwanese NSB have rival influence on the Chinese community abroad. I think the MSS has the advantage deu to the export of Chinese mainland population abroad. Also both Chinese intel agencies work through Chinese overseas associations which is present in every country. the allegiances change with teh times too. Like my dad who imported stuff from Hong Kong and Taiwan was friendly with Pro CCP and Pro KMT Chinese associations in the Philippines, Chinese intel agencies used them as intel fronts in foreign countries. So my dad was an intel asset for both the mSS and NSB , later my dad sided more with teh CCP MSS supported associations as his business suppliers shifted all to Hong Kong and to factories and wholesalers in Guangzhou China which is CCP MSS aligned. I myself had a Mainland China and a Filipino passport. back in the day. haha

  2. not surprised with teh French DGSE, that is very very beneficial to the French arms industry, MOssad also does a lot of tech theft from the USA. to aid the Israeli arms industry.

  4. well Im Chinese in Canada and im not a Chinese intel informant. and yah I think of myself as Chinese but the Chinese race is nuanced poltiical and ethnic affiliations, like there is a lot of race mixing for the massive Chinese overseas community esp. in south East Asia, many of them think they are Chinese but not mainland Chinese , the Taiwanese who are Chinese certainly do not think they are mainland Chinese or allied with teh Chinese gov. Andrew likes to generalize things a lot.

  5. not only being able to test weapon systesm on a rival military power which the weapon systems were intended to be used on when designed but also exc advertising on the weapons systems when they become sucessful vs. the Russians. and also making poor adverts on Russian weapons systems. and if the Ukrs win the war, then it will be mega for the US arms industry.

  7. what bustamante does not factor in is the massive US support for Ukraine and also NATO and the EU, USA is currently subsiding European gas and energy supplies against Russia to keep the Europeans on side. Yes I think we will have some of the coldest winters in history in Europe however I think the economic effects of hte Russians turning off the gas to Europe will be bad but not as bad as Bustamante says, the EU USA and their allies are taking steps to insure this. And yes the Russians will turn off the energy taps to the Europeans and this will just engender hatred vs. the Russians. like in the future even after putin dies war is over Russians go back to the starting lines. it wont be back to business as usual, Europeans will minimize getting their energy from the Russians . It will be a long term economic disaster for Russia and hamper their economic recovery leading to more political turmoil in the long term.

Yah its possible for Russia to take the Ukrs south all the way to Moldova, there is a chance but its highly unlikely. yah this war will surprise Bustamante again, I highly disagree that Russia will do that any time during the war unless of course , all aid to Ukraine is halted. then Ukraine is kaput.
