agree, yep as stalin said quantity has a quality of its own but Im still skeptical about the Russian ability for a winter offensive. however the next few months will be interesting. Yep a slow grinding attrition.

even though Russia may get a "win" out of this war by keeping its conquered territory, I think the Russian army has been ruined enough it will take at least a decade to recover.

@Mercnix101 well not really and the Russo Finnish war is an example of a disastrous winter offensive, and at that time, the Russians were fighting for their lives. here you have a badly demoralized Russian army which is no comparison to the Soviet army of 1941.

@yourdaddy5435 actually I agree with you and more so, the Ukrs are much better equipped to fight winter than the Russians currently in 2022.

@norman4908 agree, a winter offensive for the Russians with the current state of their army will be disastrous for Putin.
