  4.  @pierresaelen3097  well said, yah Putin has been getting away with shit for more than a decade now, and now his latest scheme can end his life and career. Even after Putin is deposed he caused so much economic political and military damage to his own country that it will take Russia a decade to recover. However I can see him using low yield tac nukes in Ukraine in desperation but this will be the final card he plays in the face of defeat int he battlefield, a collapsing economy , unrest etc. He'll use them to shock the Ukrainians to a ceasefire and accepting Russian peace terms , try to scare the crap out of NATO and the Ukrs, nuclear madman tactic.
