  1. it can be bumped up to 1st degree murder 2X. for now its 2 X DUI manslaughter, a B class felony in Nevada 4 to 40 years in prison. and I think since this guy had multiple citations and a possible extensive criminal record, and he killed 2 cops, he will be given the max. 40 years in prison,
